1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, products, orders, and agreements made through the website of MAZIEC. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Any deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed to in writing by MAZIEC.
2. Products
All textile pieces and artworks offered by MAZIEC are handmade. Each item may differ slightly in color, texture, or size due to the artisanal nature of the work. Product descriptions and images aim to represent the items as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.
3. Prices
All prices listed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are displayed separately during the checkout process.
MAZIEC reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will always be invoiced at the rate applicable at the time the order was placed.
4. Orders and Payments
Upon placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. Payments must be made in full using one of the payment methods available on the website.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.
MAZIEC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded promptly.
5. Shipping and Delivery (Domestic)
Orders are shipped from Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided during checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and depend on postal or courier services. MAZIEC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received and the goods have been dispatched.
6. International Shipping and Customs
MAZIEC offers international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed during the checkout process.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. MAZIEC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for more information before placing an order.
MAZIEC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or for any items confiscated or rejected by customs authorities.
7. Returns and Cancellations
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
To initiate a return, the customer must contact MAZIEC via email at [your email] before returning the item.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom-made or commissioned artworks are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify MAZIEC within 7 days of receipt by emailing [your email], including photos of the damage and packaging.
MAZIEC will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund. Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by MAZIEC.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, artworks, images, and written content displayed on the MAZIEC website are the exclusive property of MAZIEC and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes without written permission from MAZIEC.
10. Privacy
MAZIEC respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
